October 1, 2016, at the House of Culture of Builders held a gala concert of the Mykolayiv Regional Philharmonic Society, dedicated to the International Day of Music. The concert was attended by groups and soloists Philharmonic. Honorary guests of the concert were the Honoured Artist of Ukraine, conductor, Oksana Madarash (Kiev) and the show-ballet “Fiera” (Nikolaev).
