On Wednesday, August 7, 2019, 2772 construction of 3 Cimmerian cities was celebrated on our land: Olbia-1 (“Happy”), Borey (“Northern”) and Nisson! These cities were founded by a descendant of the Atlanteans, the Cimmerian king Targitay, whose wife was the daughter of Zarathushtra Cleobulin. Targitay considered himself to be a descendant of the Atlanteans who founded here long before it in 1447 B.C. a city that Homer called Alybant (“Phil of the Dead”), because when Targitay in 760 B.C. brought its tribe here, then for over a hundred years this city has already been abandoned by its inhabitants.

Homer wrote in Odyssey (XXIV song, 304 hexameters): “I’m originally from Alybant,” and in fact he was born next to Alybant (“Wild Garden”), in Olbia-1, and was very proud of his origin from the  Atlanteans. It is known that the Atlanteans were the chief gods of Poseidon and Helios!
